Subject: Complaint about poor internet service

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our organization has been using your Premium Business
Package (100 Mbps dedicated line, Account No. FN-4521)
for the last eight months. We pay Rs. 25,000 every month
and expected fast and reliable service.

Over the last six weeks, however, the service has been
very poor.
1. The speed is often below 10 Mbps, especially between
   10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
2. The connection drops three to four times a day, each
time for 20 to 30 minutes.
3. Our complaints to your helpline (tickets 8841, 8902 and
9017) have received no lasting solution.

As a result, our online meetings, cloud backups and
customer support have been disrupted, and we have lost
working hours and clients.

We therefore request you to check our line immediately and
fix the problem within seven days. We also ask for a
proper refund or credit for the days of poor service. If
the matter is not resolved, we will have to consider
cancelling the contract and approaching the Nepal
Telecommunications Authority.

We hope for your prompt action.

Yours faithfully,
(Signature)
