Chair: Mr. Rajendra Pandey, General Manager

Agenda 1: Review of previous minutes
  Discussion: The minutes of the sixth meeting were read.
  Decision  : Passed unanimously.

Agenda 2: Delay in salary payment
  Discussion: Staff said salaries are paid 5-10 days late.
  Decision  : Salary will be paid by the 5th of every
  month through the bank.

Agenda 3: Transport and canteen facilities
  Discussion: Staff asked for a pick-up bus and a better
  canteen.
  Decision  : A bus service from Kalanki and a subsidised
  canteen to start from the next month.

Agenda 4: Overtime and leave
  Discussion: Staff asked for payment for overtime work.
  Decision  : Overtime to be paid at 1.5 times the normal
  rate, and leave rules to be given in writing to
  everyone.

The meeting ended at 1:15 p.m. with thanks to the chair.
