Write a proposal on the construction of a multi media lab in your local town including technical section, cost estimate and abstract sections in it.

## Short answer

Abstract: A multimedia lab at Tinkune trains students in digital media with 15 workstations, recording corner, and 4-month build. Technical: 900 sq ft room, high-spec computers, cameras, editing software, gigabit LAN, UPS. Cost: Rs. 54,60,000 total.

## Answer

#### Abstract

This proposal describes the construction of a multimedia lab at Tinkune, Kathmandu, to train students and young people in digital video, audio, animation and graphic design. Local students and small media houses have no easy access to modern editing machines. The lab will have 15 high-performance workstations, a small recording corner, and an audio-visual hall. It will be built within four months in an existing room of the municipality's community building. The estimated cost is Rs. 54,60,000. The lab will provide training, support local content production, and earn income from service fees.
