SmartTech Software Pvt. Ltd. invites sealed bids from
registered and tax-cleared suppliers for the supply and
installation of the following IT equipment.

Terms and conditions
1. Interested firms may obtain the bid document from the
   company's Administration Section on payment of a non-
   refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 up to 4 December 2026.
2. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of
   Rs. 50,000 in the form of a bank guarantee.
3. Bidders must attach copies of company registration,
   VAT/PAN registration and a tax clearance certificate.
4. The sealed bid, marked "IT Equipment Bid", must reach
   the company office by 12 noon on 10 December 2026.
5. Bids will be opened at 1 p.m. on the same day in the
   presence of the bidders or their representatives.
6. All prices must be quoted in Nepali rupees, including
   VAT, with a one-year warranty.
7. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any
   or all bids without giving any reason.
