College to Organize One-Day Workshop on Agricultural
Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment

Lalitpur, 2 December: Himalaya Engineering College is
organizing a one-day workshop on "Agricultural
Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment" on 19 December 2026
(Saturday) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the college hall,
Satdobato, Lalitpur.

The workshop aims to encourage young people to start
agriculture-based businesses in Nepal and so reduce the
need to go abroad for work. Experts from the Ministry of
Agriculture and Livestock Development, successful young
farmers and bankers will speak on modern farming, agro-
processing, marketing and access to loans.

About 200 students, local farmers and youth entrepreneurs
are expected to take part. Participants will get
certificates, and the best business idea will be awarded.

We cordially invite the local print, radio, television and
online media to cover the programme. Reporters may meet
the organizers at the college at 9:30 a.m. on the day.
