Notice of the fourth meeting of this fiscal year

All the members of the club are hereby informed that the
fourth meeting of this fiscal year will be held as
scheduled below. The meeting will focus on the mental
health of children during the COVID-19 pandemic. Members
are requested to attend on time, wear masks and keep
physical distance. Those who cannot attend in person may
join through Zoom (link will be shared).

Agenda:
1. Review of the effect of lockdown and online classes on
   children's mental health in our community
2. Counselling support: forming a team of volunteers and
   trained psychologists
3. Awareness programmes for parents through radio, social
   media and phone calls
4. Activities for children at home: drawing, reading and
   games, with a small kit distribution
5. Budget and any other matter with permission of the
   chair
