Agenda 1: Previous minutes
  Discussion: Read and confirmed.
  Decision  : Passed.

Agenda 2: Annual football tournament
  Discussion: Teams, dates and prize money were discussed.
  Decision  : A 12-team tournament will be held in the
  first week of Mangsir; first prize Rs. 30,000.

Agenda 3: Purchase of sports goods
  Discussion: Needs were reviewed.
  Decision  : Footballs, nets and jerseys worth Rs. 45,000
  to be bought.

Agenda 4: Ground maintenance
  Discussion: The ground is uneven and the fence is
  broken.
  Decision  : The ground will be repaired by volunteers
  and the ward office will be requested for funds.

Agenda 5: Coaching for children
  Discussion: Weekend coaching was proposed.
  Decision  : Free coaching for children under 15 to begin
  from next month under Mr. Tamang.

The meeting ended at 6:45 p.m. with thanks from the chair.
