               MINUTES OF THE THIRD MEETING

Present:

Agenda 1: Approval of the minutes of the second meeting
  Discussion: The minutes were read aloud.
  Decision  : Approved with a minor change.

Agenda 2: Blood donation camp
  Discussion: A camp with the Red Cross was proposed.
  Decision  : To be held on 26 January with 100 donors
  expected; Ms. Tuladhar will coordinate.

Agenda 3: Clean neighbourhood campaign
  Discussion: The need to clean drains and roads was
  discussed.
  Decision  : The campaign will be held every second
  Saturday with ward office support.

Agenda 4: Annual membership fee
  Discussion: The Treasurer proposed an increase.
  Decision  : Fee increased from Rs. 300 to Rs. 500 from
  next year.

Agenda 5: Annual picnic
  Discussion: Place and cost were discussed.
  Decision  : Picnic at Nagarkot on 29 February 2020; Rs.
  700 per head.

The meeting ended at 6:00 p.m. with thanks from the
president.
