Notice of the eighth meeting

All the members of the Executive Committee are hereby
notified that the eighth meeting of the organization is to
be held shortly, as scheduled below. Since important
decisions on our programmes are to be taken, the presence
of all members is requested. In case you cannot attend,
please inform the secretary in advance.

Date : Saturday, 24 October 2026
Time : 2:00 p.m.
Venue: Organization's hall, Kalanki

Agenda:
1. Confirmation of the minutes of the seventh meeting
2. Progress report on the ongoing free eye-check-up and
   school scholarship programmes
3. Plan and budget for the winter programme: blankets for
   the needy
4. Any other matter with the permission of the chair

Note: Light refreshments will be served after the meeting.
