Notice of the Board of Directors' meeting

As decided by the Chairman, a meeting of the Board of
Directors will be held to discuss in depth the frequent
strikes by the workers, which have hampered the growth of
the company, and to find a lasting solution. All the
Directors are requested to attend the meeting and to bring
their suggestions. The preliminary report of the Secretary
is attached.

1. Review of the causes and the losses (production, sales,
   image) due to the strikes in the last two years
2. Discussion on workers' demands, wages and facilities,
   and the grievance-handling system

   of a long-term plan for peaceful industrial relations
4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
