  Decision  : A free health camp will be held on 5
  September with local doctors; Ms. Pandey will
  coordinate.

Agenda 3: Scholarships for poor students
  Discussion: Ten students had applied.
  Decision  : Five students will get Rs. 10,000 each from
  the fund.

Agenda 4: Tree plantation
  Discussion: Plans for the monsoon were presented.
  Decision  : 500 saplings will be planted on 25 August in
  the community forest.

Agenda 5: Financial report
  Discussion: The Treasurer presented the report.
  Decision  : The balance of Rs. 2,35,000 was approved.
