Notice of the general meeting

On behalf of the Secretary, all the members of the
Association are informed that the next meeting will be
held as follows. Members are requested to attend on time
and to bring their membership cards.

1. Presentation and approval of the annual progress and
   financial report
2. Plan for the national engineers' conference and seminar
   next year
3. Membership renewal and registration of new members

   training for members
5. Any other matter with the permission of the chair
