               MINUTES OF THE THIRD MEETING

Absent: Mr. Hari Joshi, Member (on leave)

Chair: Mr. Krishna Bhandari, Coordinator

Agenda 1: Approval of the previous minutes
  Discussion: The minutes of the second meeting were read.
  Decision  : Approved without change.

Agenda 2: Progress of construction work
  Discussion: The engineer reported that the foundation
  work is 80 percent complete and that rain delayed the
  work by 10 days.
  Decision  : The contractor will add 10 more workers to
  finish by 30 October.

Agenda 3: Purchase of construction materials
  Discussion: Prices of cement and rods were compared from
  three suppliers.
  Decision  : Materials to be bought from the lowest-
  priced supplier, Himal Traders, on approval of the
  Treasurer.

Agenda 4: Budget release
  Discussion: The Treasurer said Rs. 12 lakhs is needed
  for the next phase.
  Decision  : Rs. 10 lakhs to be released immediately and
  the rest after the bills are checked.

The meeting ended at 1:00 p.m. with a vote of thanks from
the Coordinator. The next meeting will be held on 2
November 2026.
